About

sherstone
Since the mid 1990s, I have been using a computer and various graphics software packages including Adobe Photoshop to satisfy my need to create visual art. I have always been interested in photography and in 2004 was finally convinced that digital cameras had finally reached a point that rivaled film in both resolution and quality. I have come to think of the digital camera sensor as my canvas and light as my pallet. After capturing one or more images I use the digital darkroom to mix and enhance the painted light into images that approximate my artistic vision. I hope you enjoy taking a look through the images on sherstone.com, all comments and questions are welcome.

Hi Sean,
Thanks so much for the wonderful pictures you took at the “Pass the Torch” ceremony last Thursday. We will be hanging one of the images in large format, behind the counter at The Pottery Store.
We are so grateful that you have recorded this exciting event for us, and thrilled with the results.
Sincerely
Peggy
Thank you so much Peggy for asking me to join both you and Brad at the event. Once again, congratulations!
Sean your website is so different and full of surprises I enjoyed looking around.
